Complete your onboarding intake form
Submit your license info, social profiles, emergency contact, headshot, bio, and preferred contact method so the team has everything they need to support you.

Set up KW Command
Log into KW Command and connect your email, MLS, and SmartPlans. This is your primary CRM until the team's GHL rollout is complete.

Join the Monday team meeting
Our weekly team meeting happens every Monday at 8:30 AM via Zoom. Show up, introduce yourself, and get a feel for how the team operates.

Verify your license transfer to KW Flagship
Confirm with Mary that your license has been transferred and is active. You cannot legally practice until this is complete.

Request MLS access and verify your login. Run your first comp so you're ready when a client needs one.

Review the Transaction Toolkit
Familiarize yourself with the Buyer and Seller process guides, Dotloop setup, and contract checklists before your first deal.

Access team marketing assets
Explore the brand graphics, social media templates, and listing presentation materials in Google Drive. Set up KW Canva while you're at it.

Follow the team on social media
Follow @thinkrealestate on Instagram, like the Think Real Estate Community page on Facebook, and engage with team posts. Your network sees your activity.

Your First 30 Days

Build your database in KW Command
Import your sphere of influence — every person you know. Your database is your business. Aim for at least 150 contacts imported and tagged by category.

Complete your KW training modules
Start with the core agent training in KW Command. Ask Vince or Shaq which modules are the current team priority.

Identify your farm area and first goals
Define the zip codes and neighborhoods you want to focus on. Share your farm area and 30-day goals with leadership so they can help you stay on track.

Submit your headshot and bio
Send a professional headshot and your short bio (2–3 sentences) to Mary. These go on the team website and directory when it launches.

Ongoing Habits

Show up to the Monday team meeting
Every Monday at 8:30 AM via Zoom. Consistency here signals commitment and keeps you connected to what's happening across the team.

Reach out to at least 5 people in your sphere every week — a text, a call, a DM. Relationships are the business.
